I've spoken to doctor don and other too much expects it did very confident that we should have a 10 not policy we shouldn't be writing we should be implementing a policy immediately this helps the new houses when they get built that they will be at 10 not proofed it also means the topic of conversation is out day about the fact that 10 months naturally existing Kingston and we all need to be aware of that.
